 Designed for winding/pay-out of earth wire or conductor when the drum is damaged or manual stringing is required in difficult terrain. Fabricated from mild steel sections with its shaft on tapered roller bearings in a cast iron shield. Foot-operated brake lever is also provided to stop rotation.
